About Mr. Daniel:

Hello 1st & 2nd Grade students, family, and friends! My name is Mr. Jamie Daniel, and I am excited to be your School Counselor this year. I am originally from a small town outside of Augusta, Georgia and have lived in Toccoa since 2017. I obtained my bachelor's degree in counseling psychology from Toccoa Falls College and am very close to finishing my master's in education for school counseling from Liberty University. I love hiking with my goldendoodle-Bowser, photography, legos, reading, and anything Harry Potter related.

My primary role as school counselor is to support all students' academic, social, emotional, and career development. I will work with students through individual guidance lessons, classroom instruction, small groups, and school wide events throughout the year. I also assist and prioritize all students' safety to create a healthy environment for all students to learn and thrive at school.

Please do not hesitate in reaching out to me if there are any ways that I can help support you all throughout the year!
